What You'll Do

Tack, weld, and assemble to spec
Read and interpret complex drawings
Work to high quality and production targets
Follow Lean principles and safety procedures
Support the team and use your own initiativeWhat You Bring

Welding/fabrication experience (heavy equipment preferred)
Strong problem‑solving skills
High accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Self‑starter with good communication skills
