Basic: £36,000 – £48,000+ DOE
Hours: Monday–Thursday 7:30am–5:00pm | Friday 8:00am–12:00pm

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a fully experienced MIG/TIG Welder / Fabricator to join a highly skilled and specialist team in Worcestershire.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a limited series of bespoke sports cars within a purpose-built, temperature-controlled workshop. Quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail are prioritised over production-line speed, making this an ideal role for someone who takes genuine pride in their work.

MIG and TIG welding across steel and aluminium
Tank and component fabrication
Chassis fabrication and welding
Manufacturing components to precise jig specifications
Producing high-quality fabricated components for bespoke vehicles
Working on low-volume vehicle manufacture and specialist automotive projects
Maintaining exceptional standards of craftsmanship and finishWhat we’re looking for

Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Welder / Fabricator
Strong MIG and TIG welding skills
Experience working with steel and aluminium
Experience in chassis fabrication and welding
Confident fabricating automotive components
Ability to produce components accurately to jig specifications
