A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Welder / Fabricator looking for a hands-on role within a busy industrial environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys practical repair work, fabrication and welding on heavy machinery rather than repetitive production welding. With a 4 on 4 off days-only shift, strong basic salary and plenty of overtime available for those who want it, this is a great opportunity to join a stable site where your practical skills will be genuinely valued.

Our client operates a busy industrial site with a wide range of heavy machinery including shredders, gear motors, bearings, sprockets, hydraulics and lifting equipment. They are looking for a Welder / Fabricator with strong practical experience who can work independently, carry out repairs, support breakdowns and complete fabrication work across the site. Overtime is readily available, particularly around planned downtime and weekend maintenance.

Your Role as a Welder / Fabricator will include:
* Welding and fabrication repairs
* Repairing damaged machinery and components
* Supporting breakdown and maintenance work
* Assisting with shutdown and overtime work

The successful Welder / Fabricator will have:
* Strong welding and fabrication experience
* Heavy industrial or machinery background
* Experience repairing mechanical components
* Confident working independently on site
