Job Title: Welder Fabricator
Location: Loughborough
Shift: 7.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday, 7.30am to 12.30pm Friday
Or: 7.45pm to 6.00am Monday to Thursday
Pay Rate: £16.50 to £21.95 per hour (depending on shift)

A well-established business based in Loughborough, offering a permanent role within a skilled fabrication team across both day and night shifts.

The Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Welder Fabricator to join either the day shift or night-shift team. You will be responsible for interpreting blueprints, performing MIG welding and fabricating structural components. This is a permanent position with a competitive hourly rate and a strong benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

Interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
Perform MIG welding and fabricate structural components
Utilise hand tools and machinery to cut, bend and assemble metal components
Perform quality control checks
Adhere to safety protocols and procedures
Collaborate with colleagues to plan and execute fabrication projects
Operate welding equipment and machinery to fabricate components
Contribute to a culture of safety, diversity and inclusion
Maintain a clean and organised workspace

About You

Apprentice trained or proven experience as a Fabricator Welder
Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints
Able to operate a variety of hand tools and welding equipment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
Valid certification in welding techniques is an advantage
