Welder Fabricator/Assembler

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Fabricator Welder / Assembly Operative to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

This role is primarily focused on jig work and the fabrication of our ancillary parts. You will also support our belt division with welding and assembly duties as required.

Key Responsibilities

* Fabrication and welding of ancillary parts using jigs.

* MIG welding and general fabrication work.

* Assembly of products within the belt division.

* Reading and interpreting engineering drawings where required.

* Maintaining a high standard of quality and accuracy.

* Keeping the work area clean, safe, and organised.

* Working collaboratively with colleagues to meet production deadlines.

What We're Looking For

* Previous experience in fabrication and MIG welding.

* Ability to work accurately from jigs and engineering drawings.

* Experience with mechanical assembly is desirable.

* Good attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.

* A positive attitude and willingness to support different areas of the business.

* Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
