Multi-Skilled Welder / Fabricator

The Right Hire Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled Welder / Fabricator to join an established engineering company.

This is a day-shift position offering competitive rates depending on experience and skill level.

The Role

We are looking for a skilled Welder/Fabricator who is confident working with a variety of materials and can demonstrate strong fabrication and welding abilities.

The successful candidate will be required to complete practical weld tests as part of the recruitment process.

Key Skills & Experience

MIG and TIG welding experience.

*

Experience welding galvanised steel, mild steel and stainless steel.

*

Strong fabrication skills.

*

Experience working with sheet metal is essential.

*

Ability to read and work from engineering drawings.

*

Good understanding of welding and fabrication processes.

*

High attention to detail and pride in workmanship.

*

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

*

Reliable, hardworking and committed to producing quality work.

Working Hours

Days – Monday to Friday

Pay

Rates are dependent on experience and skill level:

*

£18.00 – £19.00 per hour PAYE

*

£22.00 – £23.00 per hour CIS

Welding Tests

Candidates will be required to complete practical welding tests covering:

*

MIG welding

*

TIG welding

*

Galvanised steel

*

Mild steel

*

Stainless steel
