£300 - £350 per day (Inside IR35 / Umbrella Company)

6 Month Contract (Potential Extension)

10 Days on 4 Days off Rotation (10hrs Per Day)

Are you qualified and experienced Welding Inspector and looking to report on a large-scale plant maintenance program for a minimum of 6 months?

Are you a driven individual who holds their BGAS and CSWIP certification and can influence the success of high impact projects?

My client is a world class leading supplier of engineering and manufactured products for the subsea sector. They are seeking an experienced Welding Inspector on a mid-term contract (potential to extend) to assist on a specialist project for one of their clients.

In this role you will be working as a Welding Inspector at a large-scale Gas Terminal where you will ensure and confirm the welds and welding processes meet specific codes, standards, and specifications on site.

This is a brilliant role for a BGAS and CSWIP qualified Welding Inspector who ideally has the knowledge and proven experience with pipeline welding. You should be comfortable working on a contracting basis for a minimum of 6 months, while being based in Peterhead.

The Role:

• Experienced and Qualified Welding Inspector
• Minimum 6-month contract length (potential for extension)
• 10 Days on, 4 Days off shift rotation - 10 Hours Per Day
• Weld monitoring, verify weld procedures and parameters
• General administration / report duties

The Person:

• Qualified Welding Inspector who holds their BGas (British Gas Approval Scheme) and CSWIP (Certification Scheme for Personnel)
• Experience with pipeline welding preferred
• Happy to be paid through a 3rd party Umbrella / Payroll company
