We are looking for a caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Welfare Assistant to join our team and support pupils within a classroom setting.
The successful candidate will provide day-to-day support to pupils, helping them to feel safe, comfortable, and included throughout the school day. Duties will include:
* Supporting pupils with personal care and their individual needs.
* Providing support during breakfast and lunchtime.
* Supporting pupils during trips and activities within the community.
* Administering medication in accordance with school procedures and training.
* Promoting pupils’ wellbeing, independence, and participation in school activities.
* Working closely with teaching staff and other professionals to provide high-quality support.
Position Details
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15am–3:15pm Duration: Long-term position
