Job Description - Wellbeing Manager: Projects

 



Wellbeing Manager: Projects


 


Hours: 37 hours per week



    Salary: £33,050 to £35,570 (Salary dependent on skills, experience and knowledge)


    Contract: Permanent


    Base: Osney Mead, Oxford

    • Knowledge and understanding of mental health issues, and the needs of people living with mental health problems

    • Knowledge and application of good practice in safeguarding Children and Adults

    • Experience of providing leadership and/or management

    • Experience of external networking and internal collaboration with colleagues for the benefit of service provision

    • Experience of managing risk

    • Building strong professional relationships

    • Self-awareness and ability to reflect and learn from own experiences and those of others

    • Able to work well as part of a team and on an individual basis

    • Knowledge/Understanding of our values
