Wellbeing services manager

They are looking to recruit an experienced Manager to join their expanding team to help with this process.

The successful candidate have experience in direct line management, program or project management within an employment, care or social working background, and will take responsibility for overall performance of service.

Benefits 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (additional day off for your birthday) Learning and development opportunities 2 CSR days to take per year (volunteering activity) 8% non-contributory pension scheme and many more Roles & Responsibilities Line manage and directly supervise around 50 advisors within the community Responsible for performance across multiple sites and advisory centres within the local community Deliver the service operationally across various locations, co-location sites and community venues, to ensure our services are accessible to all areas Build and maintain partnerships with key clients Achieve challenging targets within a reactive environment Help advisors coach and support participants who have severe health barriers Skills & Experience Support or advisory background essential Line management and supervision experience Previous employability background desirable Level 3 qualification within social or care environments essential Excellent local knowledge of support services and employment opportunities Wanting to make a difference within individuals lives Program or project management experience IAG qualification, counselling, coaching qualifications desirable Experience of working towards challenging targets Driving licence and access to own vehicle essential About Express Recruitment Express Recruitment has been offering exceptional recruitment solutions across the East Midlands since 1987, “exceeding expectations every time” of over 267,000 candidates.
