Reporting to: Pharmacy / Regional Area Director
Job Summary: We are excited to be launching a brand-new Wellness & Skincare unit in partnership with Healthxchange, and we’re looking for passionate and customer-focused individuals to join our team. This is a retail-based role where you’ll combine your interest in skincare, supplements, and wellness with a strong focus on customer experience and sales.

Pay: £13.80 - £15.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

Develop in depth knowledge of all Healthxchange supplements and vitamin brands
Understand key ingredients in products and have the knowledge to explain benefits, instructions and expected results.
Stay up to date on new product launches.
Identify customer goals, provide personalised recommendations and have the ability to refer appropriately.
Follow local guidelines and policies.
Manage stock inventory.
Build long term relationships with clients while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Support in-store events and assist with promotional campaigns.
Additional Information
Operational hours cover 7 days per week (rota-based shifts)
Pre-employment checks will take place upon your consent (DBS, references, qualifications)
