We are looking for an experienced and strategic wellbeing professional who combines strong leadership skills with excellent stakeholder management and a passion for employee wellbeing. You'll be confident managing complex programmes, using data to drive decisions, and building effective relationships across a diverse range of internal and external partners to help us build a healthier nation as a Wellness Manager.

As our Wellness Manager, you will:

• Develop and deliver a comprehensive wellbeing strategy across mental health, physical health and family wellbeing programmes.

• Lead and continuously improve employee wellbeing initiatives, ensuring services remain innovative, evidence-based and aligned to business needs.

• Manage relationships with external wellbeing providers, monitoring performance, compliance and contractual obligations.

• Partner with senior stakeholders to promote a positive wellbeing culture and increase engagement across the organisation.

• Analyse wellbeing data, market trends and benchmarking insights to inform programme development and demonstrate impact.

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team while supporting the successful delivery of key wellbeing projects and services.
