TeacherActive are recruiting for a Welsh Speaking ALN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work in schools across the Ceredigion area.

This role is perfect for a strong, caring, and proactive individual who is passionate about supporting pupils with a range of Additional Learning Needs, including Autism, behavioural needs, and communication difficulties.

⚠️ This can be a challenging role, and successful candidates will need to be patient, adaptable, and confident supporting pupils who may require emotional regulation support, 1:1 assistance, or help engaging within the classroom environment.

✅ What We’re Looking For:
️ Fluent Welsh speaker
Experience supporting children with ALN
Experience working in schools or similar educational settings
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A resilient, proactive, and positive attitude
❤️ A genuine passion for helping young people succeed
A valid DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
