🎓 Welsh Cover Supervisor Needed - RCT

Aspire People are currently recruiting for a Welsh-speaking Cover Supervisor to support secondary schools across Rhondda Cynon Taf.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong Welsh language skills who enjoys working with young people and wants to gain or continue experience within a secondary school environment.

📚 The Role

You will be responsible for:

Covering lessons across the secondary school
Delivering pre-set work and ensuring students remain on task
Maintaining a positive and focused classroom environment
Managing behaviour confidently and consistently
Supporting students with their learning where appropriate
Working across different subjects as required
Liaising with teaching staff regarding lesson plans and student progress
✅ We're Looking For
Fluent Welsh language skills
Experience working with young people or within an education setting
Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
Strong communication and organisational skills
Reliable, adaptable and able to work independently
EWC registration or willingness to obtain
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
