Immediate Start | £100–£115 per day

TeacherActive is working with a welcoming Welsh-medium secondary school in Swansea looking for a confident and reliable Welsh Speaking Cover Supervisor to join their team.

With short-term, long-term, part-time and full-time opportunities available, this could be a great opportunity whether you're looking for flexibility or your next longer-term role in education.

The role will involve:
• Supervising secondary classes in the absence of the class teacher
• Delivering pre-prepared work across a variety of subjects
• Keeping pupils engaged, focused and on task
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively
• Contributing positively to a supportive Welsh-medium school environment

We’re looking for someone who:
• Is fluent and confident communicating in Welsh
• Has strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Can confidently lead a class and deliver pre-prepared work
• Is organised, adaptable and reliable
• Ideally has experience working with secondary-aged pupils
