Our designated Welsh department works closely with schools in the Caerphilly area, assisting them with their staffing needs from short to long-term placements.

The Opportunity: We are seeking enthusiastic Welsh Speaking LSAs to join our team. Although these positions are temporary, there is a high potential for these roles to become permanent, directly employed by the schools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting teachers in delivering high-quality lessons in Welsh
• Assisting pupils with their learning and development
• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Supporting the individual needs of pupils, including those with additional learning needs

What We Offer:

• Competitive daily pay rates between £92.50 - £110

Requirements:

• Fluency in Welsh (spoken and written)
• Experience working with children, ideally in an educational setting
