We’re looking for a Welsh-Speaking Christmas Elf to join a fantastic festive experience in Rhondda, helping create unforgettable Christmas memories for visiting families.
About the Role
As a Christmas Elf, you’ll play a key part in the Santa’s Grotto experience, working alongside Santa and the wider festive team.
You’ll help welcome families, engage with children and adults, and make sure every visitor feels excited, comfortable and ready for their magical Christmas experience.
You’ll be responsible for:

Welcoming and engaging with families visiting Santa’s Grotto
*
Communicating confidently with children and adults in Welsh and English
*
Supporting Santa to create a fun and memorable experience
*
Helping manage the smooth flow of families through the attraction
*
Creating a warm, cheerful and professional atmosphere
*
Working closely with the wider Christmas event team
*
Helping ensure every family leaves with a fantastic festive memory
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:

Fluent in Welsh
*
Friendly, confident and outgoing
*
Comfortable engaging with children of all ages
*
Energetic, enthusiastic and approachable
*
Passionate about delivering great customer experiences
*
Reliable and able to work as part of a team
*
Comfortable working in a busy, family-focused environment
*
Full of Christmas spirit!
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, events, entertainment, tourism, children's activities or visitor attractions would be useful, but we're particularly interested in people with the right personality and attitude.
