West Yorkshire- IT Support Technician- £25 -30K

An established client of ours in the Technology sector are looking for a IT Support Technician to join their internal IT department, on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing Support users with day-to-day operational support issues ,Installation maintenance and support of hardware assets and Systems administration including vendor updates on all platforms.

This is an office based role in there West Yorkshire office.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Windows Server 2016/2019
• Windows 10 / 11
• Cloud based computer platforms (preferably AWS
• Networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN technologies, networking infrastructure, DNS/DHCP)
• Microsoft Active Directory
• Jira / Atlassian
• Remote Desktop Services
• SIP / VOIP - 3CX
• Salesforce
• Network security, Anti-Virus and Email Filter platforms
• Microsoft Office 365
• Ability to work well under pressure, working to tight deadlines and prioritising competing demands
• Ability to conduct research into a wide range of computing issues as required
• Effective interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and technical writing skills
