This is an exciting opportunity for a proven manufacturing leader with experience in food, dairy, process, or FMCG environments to lead a large production team within a technically advanced facility supplying products to global markets.

Your new role

Leading, developing and motivating production teams to achieve world-class performance
Driving continuous improvement, efficiency and yield optimisation initiatives
Ensuring the highest standards of food safety, quality and compliance
Collaborating with engineering and senior leadership to deliver operational targets and strategic objectives
Identifying opportunities to improve plant performance, productivity and profitability

What you'll need to succeed

Proven production management experience within food, dairy, FMCG or process manufacturing
Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams
Experience driving operational excellence and continuous improvement programmes
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
A relevant qualification in Food Science, Engineering or a related discipline
