We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established delivery and installation company looking for experienced White Goods Installers to join its growing operation in Croydon.

This is a hands-on role working as part of a two-person delivery and installation crew, delivering directly into customers' homes and making sure every appliance is installed safely, correctly and professionally.

THE ROLE

You'll be responsible for:

·       Delivering white goods directly to customers' homes

·       Carrying appliances safely to the customer's room of choice

·       Unpacking and positioning appliances

·       Completing full installations

·       Connecting washing machines, dishwashers, ovens, refrigerators and other appliances

·       Checking installations are completed safely and correctly

·       Providing a professional and friendly customer experience

·       Working alongside your crew partner to complete your daily route

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You'll need:

·       Previous white goods installation experience

·       Confidence using basic hand tools including drills, screwdrivers and wrenches

·       Good practical/DIY skills

·       Strong customer service and communication skills

·       The ability to safely lift and manoeuvre heavy appliances

·       Reliability and punctuality

·       A professional attitude when working in customers' homes

·       Flexibility to work as part of a 7-day operation

Home delivery experience is preferred but not essential.

HOURS & PAY

Pay: £13.20 per hour

Typical shift: Approximately 9 hours

Start times: Between 07:00 and 09:00, depending on operational requirements.

Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with the potential to work up to 6 days per week, including weekends, depending on operational demand.

WEEKLY PAYMENTS*

There is an initial two-week payment holdback when you start. After this, payments are made weekly, maintaining a two-week delay between work completed and payment received.
