Wholesale Admin job description:

 Adding new orders to the tracker
 Arranging and sending samples for customers
 Tracking samples and updating and sending fit comments and approvals
 Creating line sheets and order sheets
 Helping prepare for wholesale customers meetings.
 Collating customer sell-through information
 Collating customer imagery
 Sending customer order confirmations
 Creating/sending POs
 Creating EANs codes and sending to suppliers and customers
 Checking Proforma Invoices
 Checking and saving down customer purchase orders
 Saving down supplier packing lists
 Creating packing lists and commercial invoices
 Ordering labels
 Navigating customer portals
 Booking stock in for delivery to customers
 Saving down ASNs
 Requesting weekly orderbook updates from suppliers and working with the
Wholesale manager to communicate and approve any date movements
with customer
 Send customers product info when required; completing customer templates
and requesting info from suppliers
 Saving down counts from our warehouse team
 Creating carton labels
