About You:

Nobody’s Child third party partnership portfolio is growing!

The job of the wholesale admin is to support the Account Managers and the Head of Partnerships to be a key point of contact for both our external partners and internal teams to deliver a 1st class service in sales, delivery and budget management to all our existing partners.

You, along with the rest of the team will be partner facing, and will love, and be, an ambassador for our brand. We are looking for someone confident and articulate in approach, a people person, proactive, analytical and passionate about our product ranges and be keen to develop and grow within the role whilst being fully comfortable in a growing, fast paced environment.

Day to day, your responsibilities will include:

Order book management
Partner tracker maintenance
Monday reporting / actions
Support AM on intake management and stock retention
Action picks with DC in line with agreed partner despatch schedule, managing end to end
Assist / deputise in absence of AM and / or drive trade calls with all key partners, agreeing actions with the HOP
Order form set up
Support AM in consolidation of all partner orders (newness and trade) in line with agreed core merch deadlines
Intake management – working with core merchandising
Key point of contact for our DC team / weekly meetings and actions
Support on the general day to day ad hoc queries – internal and external
In absence of AM, supporting the HOP to manage the area.
Weekly checks of all go lives partner platforms, feeding back risks and opps to HOP, AM and wider team
