Location: Aberdeenshire
Salary: Up to £60,000 basic + Executive Company Car + Profit Share + Package

• Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team across all departments

• Drive commercial performance through strong sales and customer relationship management

• Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to increase revenue and market share
