Wholesale Operations Assistant

Reports to:

Head of Logistics

Role overview:

To support the Head of Department and Wholesale Operations coordinator in delivering on time in full deliveries to wholesaler customers

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assist in maintaining orders in company systems ensuring they are up to date.
• Order customer labels
• Complete customer data forms/ keep customer portals up to date
• Communicate with customers any changes
• Assist with the shipping of customer orders; liaising with the warehouse and create carton labels.

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a Wholesale environment.
• Previous experience working with wholesalers including Zalando/Urban/US Dept Stores
• Excellent Excel skills
• Flexible work approach, great communication skills and able to liaise with all departments
• Accuracy with great attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm under pressure, managing multiple projects and working to tight deadlines
• Excellent administration and organisational skills, a keen problem-solver
