Redfox is working with an established, ambitious fresh produce grower and supplier to find a Wholesale Trader who can drive sales, develop relationships and help shape the next stage of its wholesale business.

This is a hands-on trading role for someone who understands the pace of the fresh sector. You’ll spot opportunities, speak confidently with customers, negotiate commercially and turn ideas into business. There are new projects to get involved in and, for the right person, a genuine opportunity to progress into a Wholesale Manager role over time.

What you’ll bring

* Experience in fresh produce wholesale or a closely related commercial trading role.

* A sound understanding of fresh produce, its customers and the demands of the market.

* The confidence to build relationships, negotiate and make decisions.

* The drive to win new business and get stuck into new projects.

* The ambition to grow your responsibilities and, in time, lead the wholesale function.
