The Role:
As part of the dedicated Private Client team, you will:

Prepare and draft bespoke Wills tailored to meet the individual needs and circumstances of clients.
Provide clear and compassionate advice on estate planning, inheritance tax, and related private client matters.
Assist clients with Lasting Powers of Attorney and other essential private client documentation.
Manage your own caseload efficiently while maintaining exceptional client service standards.
Work closely with colleagues across departments to provide seamless support and identify opportunities for cross-service referrals.
Maintain accurate records and case files using the firm’s case management system to ensure compliance and smooth administration.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Will Writer or in a similar private client role, ideally within a legal or financial services environment.
Strong understanding of estate planning, inheritance tax, and relevant legislation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
A proactive and client-focused mindset, working well both independently and within a team.
Comfortable using case management systems and technology in a hybrid working environment.
