Key Responsibilities

· Managing a diverse caseload involving wills, trusts, probate, Court of Protection matters, and lasting powers of attorney.

· Providing clear, empathetic advice to clients and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.

· Working collaboratively within a small team to deliver exceptional client service.

· Supporting the team with more complex cases and contributing to the overall growth and success of the department.

Requirements

· A minimum of 2 years’ experience in wills, probate, and estates matters.

· Strong technical knowledge of wills, trusts, and estate planning.

· Excellent client care skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

· A proactive, detail-oriented approach to managing cases.

· Willingness to undertake STEP exams (paid for by the firm) to further develop expertise.
