Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a varied caseload of Wills, Probate, Trusts, and Estate matters with a high degree of autonomy
• Providing tailored advice to clients with a clear, empathetic approach
• Drafting Wills, administering estates, setting up trusts, and offering tax-efficient solutions
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, demonstrating a genuine interest in their needs and circumstances
• Staying current with changes in Wills and Probate law to ensure the highest standards of legal advice

What We're Looking For:

• A qualified solicitor with experience in Wills and Probate law
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Excellent client communication skills, with a compassionate approach
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
