Private Client Senior Associate / Partner – Leading Firm – Bishop's Stortford
Salary: Up to £75,000 (Negotiable DOE) + Excellent Benefits

I am working in partnership with a highly regarded law firm, renowned for its private client work, to recruit an experienced Private Client Senior Associate or Partner for their Bishop’s Stortford office.
This is a standout opportunity for a talented individual with a minimum of 10 years’ PQE, seeking a progressive move within a respected and growing Wills & Probate team.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Proven experience in Wills and estate planning, with excellent Will and Trust drafting skills
• Strong background in handling complex estate administration
• STEP qualified with full membership
• A confident approach to working with high-net-worth international clients
• A collaborative mindset with a clear team ethos
• A demonstrable ability to lead on business development and marketing initiatives, including the delivery of seminars and authoring of thought-leadership content
• Experience in supervising junior members of the team through mentoring, training, and performance management
• A strong interest and high proficiency in legal technology and IT systems
