Are you an experienced Wills & Probate Solicitor seeking a rewarding role in a dynamic high street law firm? I am actively looking to speak with a Solicitor with 3+ years of post-qualification experience to join a dedicated team, specialising in Private Client and Conveyancing services.

About the Private Client Department
The Private Client team handles a wide array of matters, including:

• Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Estate Administration for deceased clients
• Filing Court of Protection applications for Deputy appointments
• Assisting with Deeds of Gift, property assets and the registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney
• Handling limited Trust work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage an active caseload of 75 files confidently
• Provide exceptional customer care to build and maintain strong client relationships, utilising a vast database and repeat clientele
• Demonstrate initiative and work independently, while being open to business development opportunities to advance within the firm
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory obligations and maintain awareness of risk assessment protocols
• Show proficiency in Microsoft 365
