The client, a well-established law firm, is seeking an experienced Wills & Probate solicitor to manage a mixed caseload of Wills, Lasting Power of Attorneys, Trusts and Estates from instruction to completion.

You will work independently, ensuring all client matters are progressed in a timely manner while keeping clients regularly updated on both progress and costs. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential and a commitment to providing outstanding client care throughout each case is a key part of the role.

You will also collaborate with colleagues to ensure the smooth handling of all matters.

You will have at least 3 years' experience in managing a full Wills & Probate caseload and a proven record of excellent fee income. You must be confident working under pressure and to strict timescales, with the ability to manage a varied caseload effectively. The role requires someone who can work unsupervised as well as be part of a team. Exceptional client care skills and the ability to maintain high standards of service are crucial for success in this position.
