We're working with a forward-thinking legal practice in Stockport that’s looking to appoint an experienced Solicitor to take ownership of a varied and rewarding caseload. If you're passionate about delivering expert advice on Wills, Probate, Inheritance Planning, and Trusts, while mentoring a close-knit support team, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

The Role

You’ll manage your own caseload of Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, and associated matters, guiding clients through complex and sensitive situations with professionalism and care. From drafting legal documents to ensuring compliance and accurate billing, you’ll be a trusted advisor from start to finish. You’ll also play a key role in leading junior staff, contributing to team development and client service excellence.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years’ PQE in Private Client law, with a focus on Estate Administration
• Strong technical knowledge and a detail-driven approach
• A client-focused mindset, with a particular strength in supporting vulnerable individuals
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage expectations with clarity
• Leadership experience and a collaborative working style
• Ability to work independently and manage your time across hybrid arrangements
