Role: Wills and Probate Solicitor
Location: Reading (or the Maidenhead office) Hybrid working
Salary: £50,000 to £65,000

CRA Legal is delighted to be working with a well-regarded specialist law firm in both Reading and Maidenhead, known for its excellence in Conveyancing, Private Client, Employment, and Dispute Resolution matters. This is a fantastic opportunity to join their established Private Client Department, offering a chance to handle a diverse caseload while supporting senior team members and guiding junior colleagues.

This role is ideal for a qualified professional seeking to expand their experience in Private Client law within a collaborative and forward-thinking firm.
Your responsibilities will include:

• 
  Managing a varied caseload of Private Client matters including:
  • 
    Wills and Probate
  • 
    Trusts and Estate Administration
  • 
    Elderly Client Matters
  • 
    Powers of Attorney
  • 
    Court of Protection work
• 
  Supporting senior fee earners with ongoing cases
• 
  Progressing and developing your own client base
• 
  Meeting fee-earning targets as set by the firm
• 
  Adhering to firm policies, procedures, and SRA regulations
• 
  Committing to Continuing Competence and ongoing professional development

• 
  Hybrid working potential after 12-week probation

  Confident working both independently and collaboratively within a team
•
