Job Description - Wills Probate Paralegal


Job Title: Paralegal
Salary: £23,000 - £26,000
Location: Doncaster

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and taking instructions for wills and estate planning documents
  • Writing wills, managing incoming cases, and ensuring smooth progression through to completion
  • Communicating with clients to offer guidance and support throughout the case
  • Ensuring all documentation is legally accurate, clear, and professionally written
  • Maintaining meticulous client records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory standards
  • Working closely with senior team members to develop your skills and knowledge in private client law


About You:

  • Strong academic background with LPC qualification (or equivalent)
  • Experience or interest in will drafting, estate planning, or private client work
  • A natural ability to build relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Confidence in managing your own caseload with the ability to meet deadlines and work autonomously
  • A proactive approach to learning and developing your legal skills
