Lead, motivate and support warehouse colleagues across rotating AM and PM shifts
Maintain safety and compliance with site procedures
Monitor productivity, performance and operational KPIs
Manage absence, conduct, performance and training needs in line with policies
Resolve issues quickly, ensuring consistent operational flow and high service levelsAbout you:
You will have previous experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader within a warehouse environment, have strong communication and people management skills and good attention to detail (problem solving).

You must be a UK resident and will be able to travel to and from the site for your shift. We are unable to assist with VISA applications and cannot assist with relocation.
