Window Cleaner

JOB TITLE: Window Cleaner

LOCATION: Midlands, North

HOURS: 40 hours per week; Monday to Sunday - flexibility required

Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour

To undertake all planned and scheduled window cleaning, high-level or specialist cleaning works to various sites and locations across the Midlands and North Region of the UK

• Window cleaning
• Carpet cleaning
• Hard floor cleaning
• Pressure washing
• Graffiti removal

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• To complete all necessary equipment checks as and when required
• To ensure all paperwork and documentation is kept up to date
• To ensure all team members integrate and communicate
• To work safely within the safety guidelines

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• The successful candidate must have the following
• Commercial window cleaning experience is required
• Must be able to work at height
• Specialist cleaning knowledge (desirable or training provided)
• Must be able to work in a team or independently
• Ability to travel
• Able to stay away from home when required
• IPAF,PASMA.WORKING AT HEIGHT,HARNESS TRAINING,SEAMA
• Full drivers’ licence

Essential

Must have the following qualifications or certification

DBS CHECKED

Desirable:

• 5 years checkable work history
