Location:

Based near Birmingham B37, covering a 40-mile radius (Staffordshire, Warwickshire, West Midlands and surrounding areas).

About the Role:

We’re looking for people who want a career, not just a job. You’ll be cleaning windows at homes and businesses using both traditional and water-fed pole systems. 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am until 4.30pm.

You must be able to work outdoors in all weather, travel daily across various sites, and start early. This role relies on punctuality and consistent attendance — your reliability is essential to the team and to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Window cleaning (residential & commercial)
• Use of traditional and reach-and-wash systems
• Travel to jobs across a 40-mile radius from B37
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct
• Arrive on time and complete daily schedule

• Positive attitude and attention to detail
• Able to work Monday to Friday, full-time
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions

Reliability & Punctuality Are Non-Negotiable:

We run a tight schedule and work as a team. If you’re regularly late or take unplanned days off, this role won’t be a good fit.

To support this, we offer:
