JOB TITLE: Window Cleaner

LOCATION: St James Quarter

PAY RATE: £14.00 per hour

HOURS: 38.5 Hours per week

Overview:

ABM UK is seeking dedicated and reliable full-time window to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will ensure that all assigned areas are kept clean, tidy, and well-maintained in line with ABM's quality and cleanliness standards. This role is perfect for those looking for flexible work hours while contributing to a cleaner environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces in various environments.
• Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
• Identify cleaning needs and report any areas of concern to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure it is used correctly.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Provide exceptional service to clients and respond to their needs promptly.

Person Specification:

· The successful candidate must have at least one of the following

· Commercial window cleaning experience is required

· Must be able to work at height

· Must be able to work in a team or independently

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· To complete all necessary equipment checks as and when required

· To ensure all paperwork and documentation is kept up to date

· To ensure all team members integrate and communicate

· To work safely within the safety guidelines

• Previous cleaning experience is an advantage but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Must be over 18 years of age.
• Right to work in the UK with appropriate documentation.
