Location: Witham, Essex

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 6:00am to 2:30pm

Friday: 6:00am to 2:00pm with an early finish

We are currently recruiting for a Window Fabricator to join a well established window manufacturing company based in Witham.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a long term role within manufacturing. Full training is provided, making this an excellent opportunity for candidates with production, assembly, warehouse or factory experience.

You'll gain experience across a variety of departments while becoming a valued member of a friendly production team.

The Role

As a Window Fabricator, you will:

• Support the manufacture and assembly of high quality windows


• Work across different production areas including fabrication, assembly, hanging lines, stores and packing


• Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards


• Safely use tools and equipment following training


• Help maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment


• Work as part of a supportive team to meet daily production targets

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, warehousing or a hands on role would be beneficial


• A positive attitude and willingness to learn


• Good attention to detail


• Reliable with a strong work ethic


• Able to work well as part of a team


• Full training provided

What You'll Receive

• £12.71 per hour


• Weekly pay


• Temp to perm opportunity


• Pay increase once permanent


• 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing with length of service
