Windsor & Maidenhead - Senior OT - Front Door Team

Eden Brown Synergy is recruiting an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join the Front Door Team at Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead.

The role focuses on outcome-focused assessments for adults with physical disabilities and age-related needs, with senior-level responsibilities.

Location: Town Hall, St Ives Rd, Maidenhead, Berkshire, SL6 1RF
Rate: £38.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

Complete outcome-focused OT assessments.

Assess complex physical dysfunction and equipment needs.

Undertake moving and handling assessments.

Recommend appropriate equipment and support.

Work with adults to promote independence and positive outcomes.

Provide senior-level support and professional guidance within the team.

Requirements

Qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration.

Strong experience in adult social care or community OT.

Excellent knowledge of complex equipment and moving & handling.

Experience managing complex assessments and risk.

Strong communication and multi-disciplinary working skills.
