Key Responsibilities:

• Produce high-quality switchboards and control panels
• Assemble components accurately according to wiring diagrams and schematics
• Maintain exceptional quality and safety standards in all work
• Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines
• Troubleshoot and resolve any assembly issues efficiently

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in component assembly and interpreting wiring diagrams
• Strong attention to detail and precision in your work
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in electrical assembly or a related field are preferred

What We Offer:

• Competitive hourly rate of £13.50 - £17 (with overtime, potential earnings of £40-45k!)
• Attractive overtime rates: 1.25 after 36.5 hours and 1.75 on weekends
