The Position
The Officer will be responsible for identifying and maximising opportunities for significant participation growth in Surrey, driving forward all our Women & Girls participation programmes, and will play a key role in ensuring that cricket achieves its ambition of being the most inclusive team sport. This role can be based at Kia Oval (London) or at George Abbot School (Guildford).

This role requires flexibility with working hours and locations across Surrey. Applicants must meet safeguarding requirements, including a satisfactory ECB DBS check, hold (or be willing to obtain) First Aid and Safeguarding qualifications, and have the right to work in the UK.
