Job Title: General Operative

Location: West Bromwich

Our client, a well-established manufacturer based in the West Bromwich area, is currently seeking reliable and hardworking General Operatives to join their team on a long-term basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Rounding edges of wood products
• Cleaning and preparing wood surfaces
• Filling and finishing wood products to a high standard

Shift Pattern:

• 4 on 4 off rotating shift
• 6am to 6pm 12-hour shifts

Pay Rate:

• £12.21 per hour

Requirements:

• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage but not essential
