As a Recruitment Consultant you will:

Develop and manage your own portfolio of clients
Source high quality candidates to match client’s requests
Producing adverts for roles
Reviewing CVs
Interviewing and prepping candidates for roles
Hitting/ Surpassing targets to earn impressive commission
