100% home-based role
Salary: £24.5k base with a fantastic opportunity to earn bonus - OTE £31000
No weekend working

Key Responsibilities:

Call customers to ensure their appliances are covered
Upsell protection products based on customer needs
Build strong relationships and understand customer requirements
Help customers find the best protection package
Making a high number of sales each day to hit personal targets

Skills and Experience:

12 months of phone sales experience preferred
Attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Team player focused on delivering great customer service
