Work Scheduler

Office based: in Rochester Medway City Estate

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience, 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm

We're currently recruiting for a Work Scheduler to join a busy and rapidly expanding Engineering group based on Medway City Estate, Rochester. This new role is to join a growing team that supports Engineers across both the fabrication and building services divisions.

You'll be responsible for scheduling planned maintenance and reactive works, managing Engineer diaries, and keeping client service levels on point using their in-house CAFM system.

To be considered, you must live within 30 minutes' commute of Medway City Estate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scheduling PPM and reactive works for Engineers across HVAC, electrical, and fabrication services
• Booking appointments and allocating jobs via Joblogic - CAFM system.
• Liaising with Engineers, subcontractors and clients to ensure smooth scheduling
• Monitoring portals and ensuring SLAs are met
• Managing incoming calls and responding to job queries
• Producing reports and updating clients with job progress
• Cross referencing data with timesheets before payroll
• Keeping vehicle records up to date (MOTs, servicing, tax bookings)
• Meeting KPIs and supporting the operations team with job costings and admin

Person Specification:

• Previous experience as a Scheduler, Service Administrator, or Work Planner (ideally in Engineering/FM)
• A strong multitasker with proven ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
• Great communicator with confidence liaising across teams
• Proficient in using CAFM systems (Joblogic preferred, but training provided)
• Strong attention to detail
