Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Workday HCM Consultant to join our team in London. As a Workday HCM Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing expert-level post-production support services for our client’s HR team. You will be responsible for issue resolution, enhancements, configuration, and ensuring alignment with HR requirements across various modules such as Recruitment, Absence, Time tracking, Learning, Talent Management, and Payroll within the Workday platform.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert-level post-production support services for Workday HCM modules, including issue resolution and enhancements.
Collaborate closely with the client’s HR team to understand their unique needs and participate in strategic road mapping services to enhance the Workday experience.
Configure Workday modules to align with HR requirements and ensure optimal functionality.
Develop and support projects by providing customized documentation, functional and technical specifications, test cases, and user training documents.
Maintain a strong understanding of ITIL framework & SLAs, particularly in

Change/Release/Problem

& Incident Management.
Handle priority-based tickets, manage SLA processes, and escalate issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain a 24X7 service mindset and be ready to support business needs as required.
Be open to short travels inside UK/EU for assignments, if needed.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and effectively handle client escalations.

Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as a Workday HCM Consultant or similar role, with deep knowledge of Workday modules.
Strong understanding of ITIL framework and experience with SLA management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle priority-based tasks efficiently.
Willingness to travel occasionally for client assignments.
Workday certification(s) preferred but not required.
