As part of this high-performing team, you will play a key role in delivering complex transformations, optimising HR, Finance, and Procurement functions for clients.

• Client Engagement: Lead workshops and client meetings, providing expert guidance through complex transformations and ensuring clients get the most from their Workday HCM solution.

• End-to-End Delivery: Take ownership of smaller workstreams, managing offshore teams to deliver successful Workday HCM Cloud transformations, from design through to deployment.

• Solution Development: Collaborate with clients to design and implement best-practice, tailored solutions that improve business processes and increase operational efficiency.

• Team Leadership: Mentor and collaborate with offshore teams, driving successful project outcomes and client satisfaction.

• Workday Core HCM certification (required).

• Hands-on experience in implementing at least one Workday HCM module in a consulting capacity.

• Strong project management skills with experience leading workstreams and offshore teams.

• Ability to build relationships and collaborate with client teams, delivering high-quality solutions to complex challenges.

• Awareness of key delivery methodologies and emerging trends in cloud-based technology.

• Additional Workday certifications (e.g., Learning, Payroll, Absence, Talent).

• Experience mentoring junior team members and fostering a collaborative environment.
