This is a great opportunity for an experienced HCM professional to cross train into Workday - The leading, innovative enterprise class SaaS solution for managing HCM, payroll and financial management issues of modern day international businesses.
The Workday Consultant will be responsible for supporting the successful design and implementation of enterprise-scale HCM solutions for clients by working closely with client business teams and internal delivery teams to drive the scope, definition and delivery management of solutions that are fit for purpose and commercially viable. The Workday Consultant will also be responsible for leading local and remote teams and for helping define the overall practice development strategy for the Workday capability.

Minimum of 3 years consulting or relevant industry experience.
In depth knowledge of Human Capital Management, with areas of expertise in at least three of the following functional areas: HCM business process, recruiting, absence management, compensation, performance management, benefits, payroll processing, general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable or procurement.
