An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Workday Solution Architect to join a leading global consultancy. This is a fantastic chance to play a pivotal role in delivering cutting-edge Workday Financials solutions to high-profile clients across the UK and globally.

As a Workday Solution Architect, you’ll be part of an established and growing Workday consulting practice that goes beyond system configuration to drive business transformation. You’ll engage with clients at all levels — from C-suite executives to finance teams — to design and deliver solutions that bring real business value and improve both user and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities of the Workday Solution Architect:

• Lead the overall solution design for client-facing Workday Financials projects, including the Foundational Data Model.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality deliverables across functional, integration, and data workstreams.
• Facilitate workshops, analyse data, and configure Workday Financials solutions.
• Partner closely with internal PMs, EMs, and cross-functional teams to align delivery with technical requirements.
• Play a significant role in business development by supporting demos, discovery workshops, and contributing to the firm’s technical offering.
• Mentor and develop junior colleagues within the Workday team.

Who We’re Looking For:

This Workday Solution Architect role will suit you if:

• You are a finance professional with hands-on experience delivering or using Workday Financials.
• OR you are an experienced Finance Transformation Consultant with solution architecture expertise (Workday Financials preferred, but strong ERP experience also considered).
• You possess strong business analysis, data, and digital transformation skills.
• You have a proven ability to engage senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, and translate complex technical solutions into clear business value.
• You’re experienced in designing integrations between Workday and other enterprise platforms using APIs, middleware, and legacy systems.
• You have prior experience managing onshore and offshore resources.

What’s On Offer:

• Base salary: £72,000 - £110,000 (London) or £68,000 - £104,500 (regional offices)
• Performance bonus: £11,000 - £14,000
